Conditions We Treat

Varicose veins are often thought of as simply a cosmetic problem, but in truth there are a multitude of problems that can arise from poor venous circulation. Did you know that deep vein blood clots are one of the leading causes of disability and death in the U.S.? Were you aware that more than 70 percent of leg ulcers arise from poor vein circulation? The good news is, from the smallest spider veins to the largest varicose veins, we provide the most complete treatment offered anywhere.

Blockage in the arteries, known as PAD, is another common cause of leg pain.  Although most experience a cramping pain triggered by walking, others simply feel weak, numb, or tired legs.  PAD symptoms should never be ignored, since untreated, obstructed arteries can lead to discoloration, ulcers and even amputations.   We evaluate the legs for PAD, and if we detect disease, arrange for treatment with vascular colleagues who treat with minimally invasive modalities.
